I am beginning to write again because I now have a computer and my writings will at least be legible. I started this back in 2002 when I was laid up with a toe operation. This has been made possible my one of my wonderful grandchildren, Melissa. She has become a true friend, as well. She calls me and sends me Emails regularly. Melissa and Henry have three lovely, little girls, right now and live in Winnipeg, Canada. They live there because Henry is a Minister in the protestant church, although being a dedicated minister, he and Melissa have an understanding of our Catholic beliefs. That is a great comfort to Grampa and I - since all of my children have chosen other religions. Of course, I am happy that we all believe in the same, great God
At present I have been blessed with a wonderful husband, 4 children (although my son Jimmy has been gone with Jesus since 1972) 16 grandchildren, and 8 great-grandchildren. I am IN LOVE with all of them! Most of all, I am thankful to Jesus that I still have my health at 80 years old and am able to do this, and still have the love and support of my husband Bob. Hope the following will not be too repetitive or boring for who ever reads this.
Not being a writer, I am not sure how to lay out the sequencing of these events, but think I will go back to when I first started writing in 2002. Since Melissa opened this blog for me I guess I have to get started. Ha Ha!
